More tips on how to reduce fats and have great abs.

Some trick tips are:

l.  Have smaller containers

2.  Eat slower;

3.   Have high contrast between food color and that of food container/plate.

4.   Keep food out of sight (out of sight, out of mouth)

5.  When distracted by TV or movie, people ate more.  Throw away the distraction.
