Effective Cures Can be Cheap
Hitting the gymn and having sauna can do a lot to improve health. Saunas, especially infrared saunas is a form of detox, and causes the production of nitric oxide. It was found out by Nobel Laureate that nitric oxide is good for cardiovascular health. Nitric oxide dilates blood vessels and prevents blood vessel inflammation which is often the cause of plaque formation. There was this Dr. Joe Prendergast, who never had a heart bypass or diabetic patient. He had the patients on L arginine, the precursor of nitric oxide. This was for 5,000 patients in 16 years.
The use of infrared sauna can be used to zap cancer. High temperature is not conducive for survival of cancer cells.

"Getting steamy
Q: Are saunas safe? I just joined a gym and I'd love to try it--it seems so relaxing!
Dr. Wright: I wrote about this topic back in the December 2003 issue of
Nutrition & Healing. In that article, I outlined the numerous health
benefits associated with saunas. The most well-known include relaxation
and detoxification. But they also have positive effects on the heart,
lowering blood pressure, and reducing risk of atherosclerosis.
Research indicates that saunas' high temperatures increase the
production of a substance called nitric oxide synthase in the arteries.
Increased levels of nitric oxide synthase will produce more nitric
oxide, which helps dilate coronary arties and, in turn, improves heart
function.
However, one thing to keep in mind is that the specific type of sauna I
wrote about in December 2003 is called a far-infrared sauna.
I'm not sure which type they have at your gym, but it's likely the
traditional steam version. Those still offer the benefits of
detoxification and relaxation, but the research I've found on the
heart-health benefits has all been done using far-infrared saunas.
You may want to consider purchasing a far-infrared sauna for your own
home. They range in price, so do some research before deciding on a
particular brand.
