We can remove fat from the body through water.  The most important catalyst  for fat loss is water.  If you are not drinking enough water, your liver can not do its function of converting fat to energy thus your liver stores more fat  (FBF -  FAT BURNING FURNACE)

Our body after all is 60% water.

We can reduce fat by eating the following that are mostly water.

1,  Avocado - 85% water

2.  Buko Juice - 95% water

3.  Cantaloupe - 89% water

4. Cucumber - 96% water and contains rich mixture of minerals:  potassium, magnesium and sodium and only 14 calories to a cup.

5.  Watermelon - 92 % water rich in magnesium
