Hepa C vaccine drug testing failure will mean $1.8 billion loss

 Bristol Squibb Myers will take a massive $l.8billlion loss on its Hepa C vaccine, known as BMS - 986094, after one patient treated with the drug died and several others on trial had kidney and heart problems.

It is a part of new class of drugs called nucleotide inhibitors, capsule only, and with lesser side effects than current treatment of  interferon which cause parasthesia, depression, amnesia, anxiety,

CDC has ordered a compulsory hepa C screening for all baby boomers.

What makes this disturbing is that these treatments is that these procedures (and dangerous treatment may be unnecessary)

What is Hepatitis C?

You get this disease when you are infected with HCV virus and you get flu like symptoms and with other symptoms like nausea, vomiting and abdominal pain.  In 75% to 85% cases, it may lead to chronic infection that does not produce any symptom.  In some cases, it may lead to cirrhosis of the liver.

Hepa C may be spread via blood and personal contact only:  sharing of needle, accidental puncture of health workers, blood transfusion and donations,

But according to CDC in l5 to 25% of the cases, the disease may clear without any treatment.

According to Mayo clinic, dx of the disease does not mean that you need treatment, and the risk of future problems is very low.

Natural treatments:

In some of the cases who were ruled to live only for weeks became well without pharma treatments but only with:   selenium, sylimarin,  alpha lipoic acid.

Advice when you get Hepa C:

l.  Drink pure water;

2.  Avoid foods that weaken immune system

3.  Optimize Vit D levels
