What do COQ10 and cigarettes have in common?

Live healthy and long

From Stop Aging now by Joshua Corn

COQ10 is essential in maintaining energy level and beating of the hear.  The heart beats 100, 000 a day and its level diminishes as we grow older:   it is half of the useful level when we are 30 and virtually nil at age 50. By the the time you are 70, the level is so low to support life that aging is acclerated.  Stress worry, and statins accelerates loss of C0Q10.

Supplements are available:  some natural and some synthetic.  They come from meats in natural form (so eating meat is not entirely bad)

The synthetic form comes from extract of tobacco leaves.  Watch out for the supplements with "Trans-form label"
