Not all soyas are created equal. There are fermented and unfermented soya. The fermented soya like natto, miso, tamari's health benefit have been well known.
But the unfermented soya found in milk, cheese, tells of a different story. They are not healthy but could be dangerous.
Unfermented soy, in the book by Kaayla Daniel entitled "The Whole Soy Story" links with documented study to various illnesses: immune deficiency diseases, thyroid malfunction, cancer, declined brain function, malnutrition, digestive disorders.
